I had a really good experience with Fowler Hyundai – the staff were friendly, the process was smooth, and everything from start to finish was quick and easy. A couple of months ago, I brought my car in for a repair and was charged around $400. Just a week after they gave the car back, the same issue came back. This wasn’t the first time either – I had the same problem before, and they clearly didn’t fix it properly. Stopped in because my air conditioning quit working on a 32 degree day on my way to Saskatchewan - the service department stayed over lunch to fix the problem and had me back on the road in 2 hours. This was fantastic customer service! Thanks Fowler!
Strongly do not recommend. Justin in service is ignorant and unprofessional. Tried to convince me to wait until next summer to get ac fixed. Then forgets I’m there after an hour and a half of sitting in customer lounge waiting for Justin to come tell me the driver was back. They do a complimentary car wash for you after you get work done. Turns out it wasn’t a good car wash as the leftover mud made my car vibrate when I went over 70km.
