If slow service and zero follow up on warranty claims is your thing, this is your spot! If, like me, you expect your dealer service center to work with you to honor the warranty they sold you, avoid at all costs. Worst service experience I’ve ever had. Seriously, make the extra drive to the Boulder Honda location. I’d give these folks 0 stars if I could. Pro tip: do not purchase a windshield warranty from Honda and just save yourself time and get your car serviced elsewhere.
Took more than 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. I marked my tires with chalk to make sure they rotated and balanced the tires. They gave the car back to me and I specifically asked the service advisor Erik Vargas if they did the tire rotation and balance to which he stated yes. I then proceeded to point out that I marked the tires and they were not rotated. Never apologized.
