He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the car that was the best fit for my needs—not just making a sale. He was great to work with throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Really bad customer service and poor communication. At first, I was first told my car needed $7,000 worth of work and I was pushed into the sales department and I was devastated and upset. I went home confused and unsure of what to do. A few days later, I called them asking for more information and they said the head gasket would be $4,000, which wasn’t much better, but I was given the wrong information and extremely upset all weekend. I purchased a new 2026 Honda CRV from Fowler Honda. Casey was my sales representative. Casey is very knowledgeable in the Honda products.
