I had a very pleasant experience at Fowler Honda of Longmont yesterday when I dropped off my 2013 Honda Civic for an oil and filter change. I was met by Fred Price, Service Advisor. He was professional, answered all of my questions and followed up with me throughout the service appointment while I waited inside the sales showroom. Why do all dealerships suck? I’ve been getting bombarded with mail about getting a recall fixed ever since I bought this car. I finally make an appointment to get it taken care of, take time off work, arrange a ride, get all the way there and oops “we don’t have the parts to do it we’ll have to reschedule you”….
