I will not bring my 2018 Honda CR-V back to Fowler Honda again for any kind of service, except to get recalls taken care of. December of 2025 I had my brakes flushed by their service department, in May 2026, when car was brought in for oil change, the service advisor said I need a brake flush, I told him it had just been done a few months earlier, he had no explanation why it would already need a brake flush. We were looking to upgrade an older vehicle and saw a used for explorer and had to go check it out. We made the drive from Greeley and were greeted by Natalie. She was so friendly and nice. We took the car on a test drive and fell in love. It was a very busy Saturday for them so we were there a good while but she was very patient, knowledgeable and would check in on us often. We were able to get our vehicle and thanks to everyone that helped us!
