I recently purchased a new honda HRV 2024 from this dealership. I would like to thank Sabbat,Robert, and Javier for the amazing work they did to help me trade in my old Subaru outback 2012. They went above and beyond to help me get a new car when the old one was having issues and they didn't turn me away like other dealerships in Longmont. They are very professional and fast in the work they do. If you are stuck and can't find a car, I highly recommend coming to this dealership and talking to sabbat.
⚠️ warning ⚠️ : I will NEVER buy from Honda again! My family bought a gently owned car from Honda it was a 2024 with only 8,000 miles and CERTIFIED. Within 5 days of owning it blew a head gasket in the middle of our cross country move. And Honda refuses to make things right. They fixed the car but refuse to reimburse us for the GRAND we had to spend dealing with a car that was stuck in the wrong state. Well, I hate to leave a bad review but since Chris the GM never responded after he sent me a survey and I texted him back, I felt obligated to. #1, if you promise a customer more than once something will be done in 2 days, try to keep that promise or at LEAST have open communication. #2, someone there destroyed the tint on my passenger side window. They were dishonest and didn’t mention that the car had a severe oil leak. I don’t recommend going there.
