The gentleman I spoke to at the display home was rude and unprofessional. I had to contact head office to obtain the information - if I had of only dealt j with head office I would’ve upped the star rating as she was lovely and very helpful. She also apologised for the rude behaviour of her staff member in the display home centre. It can really make or break a decision to build with/ interact with a business if their staff on the floor have poor customer service.
