Great service and professional attitude
Great service & knowledge at Oran Park display homes
Horrible after sales service. Build wise it is good and timely delivery but in case you find a fault then you are going for a toss. Had a squeaking sound on 6-7 stairs i had timber ones and been struggling to get it fixed since February. Just keep in mind any QA issues post handover are simply ignored and Fowler will make you wait indefinitely until you get frustrated and stop chasing them.
Overall good. the admin and pre construction phase of the job was tedious at times and very hard on communication and urgency. The pre construction team seemed to lack a lot of knowledge and was very slow to move through and get response and clear understanding. The build stage was great with an amazing site manager (Steve) as he was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything which was Fowlers saving grace
