It started with me buying a home with a property line behind some new builds they were about to start. I reached out as a friendly neighbor as my builder said they wanted a fence and so did I, so I thought we could split the cost. Their sign had an email that did not work and was undeliverable. These homes are ridiculously cheap made. The floors creaked in every room and three months after they were tightened, they began to creak again. The cabinets were cheap materials, had knicks, were crooked and didn’t slide well on the runners. There was a crack in the ceiling the full length of the living room, walls had black marks in many places throughout the house. The windows didn’t slide well and we had to have them adjusted. I have nothing but positive things to say about Fowler Homes. The home we purchased is amazing. Quality materials were used. We did have an issue with the doorbell. Filed a warranty claim and it was fixed within a week. Home purchase process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend them.
