Your employees are literally BREAKING THE LAW on noise levels. They cannot start work like that until 7 in the morning. If it was just once or twice I would understand. But I work until 2 am and when they’re coming out at 6:40 in the morning to work on the loudest thing they possibly can for 10 minutes, wake EVERYONE up, then stop- it gets to be an issue.
