Madison Georgia Location. A lot of challenges. Price different than quote. Ordered fiber and didn't get it with first two loads. Second day there was a 2.5 hr delay in getting delivery started (Wasted labor at site). The biggest concern is that I made at least 3 calls to talk to manager with no return call. Contractor also called several times with no response. This was not a small job. Over 86 yards delivered. My number is with employee at location and on VM. if Mgr would like to call and resolve.
Fowler Flemister is a great company . They have always been helpful with various questions. There dispatch has always been on time, prompt and patience with delivery. They have even been great on short notice and small deliveries!
Need to tell the drivers to put attention and leave the cell phone in the work area.
