Worked with Fowler Exteriors to replace a rotting deck. Had a decent idea of what I was looking for. Their team was able to give me a quote, walk me through some additional options and even add a feature I had requested. The installation crew did a great job removing the old deck and installing the new one. Very polite and worked hard not to impact other areas of my yard while working. All in all, the teams did a great job and I love the finished deck. Thank you for all your teams hard work!
They consider the best interest of the customer! Our job was an odd one, and not a very large one at that. We ran into some issues due to the nature of the work and a few missteps in communication for the crew. Something I've experienced many times but in way worse ways with other contractors. Fowler Roofing was very professional and truthful in what needed to be done and what wasn't necessary. They were easy to contact and schedule with! Definitely recommend!
Justin Mullins explained everything that they were going to do in writing. We were able to see on paper what was going to be done. He did a video showing what our issues were and gave us a quote for repairs and a quote for a new roof. We chose to go with a new roof. The crew showed up when they said they would. Covered a lot of our yard with tarps and even covered the stairs coming off of the deck. The roof looks fabulous and I would recommend them for your next roofing job.
