Nice and professional workers but, it takes too long to get your car repaired.

Made an appointment for a free oil change at the service center. It was free because we bought the car at the dealership. I was told “they had times available all day.” I waited 2+ hours for my car to get a basic oil change. There was no one ahead of me. Other customers came after me and left before me. All that to say: whenever you purchase your car here and are told the first three oil changes are free, don’t assume they will treat your service the same as others.
