Would absolutely give no stars.Took my car in for a recall perfect driving condition went to pick it up they tell me it won't start then they tell me its the starter and they offer 3 things the first is a $1077 to replace the starter the second is a $600 or so after market starter and the 3rd is I buy the starter and they will install it for free I decline all 3 offers I dont believe the starter is the issue then Im sent a pick of my neutral link cable disconnected which they said I could've drove it in like that but thats i... read more
They can't seem to get me a loaner for my important safety recall after 3 weeks of waiting. My sales experience with Fowler was really poor, but the bright spot had been the service department. I purchased a Wrangler that is now on it's second recall (both fire related), and I've already had a warranty repair as well in the 1 year and couple of months I've owned this.
