Very bad service they don’t care driver time value they are very rude
I had a very negative experience at this pit. The treatment I received felt extremely aggressive and, in my experience, discriminatory. The scale house staff, loaders, and other employees were consistently rude and confrontational. Everyone should be treated with basic respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and looks into how customers and drivers are being treated.
An aggressive driver drove his truck like a car, cut me off dangerously, and gave me the middle finger. I hope the roads they build are better than this driver's behavior.
