Poor company drivers
Very frustrating experience at The Pit. There is only one loader available for loading trucks, which causes huge delays and long waiting times. Spending so much time waiting to get loaded affects drivers’ schedules and productivity. The loading process needs improvement, either by adding more loaders or managing the workflow better. ELSE SHUT THIS PIT DOWN OR BRING MORE LOADER!!!!!!!!!!!
The following is an opinion given with no malicious intent. While almost all construction companies seem challenged and should never be trusted to follow simple engineering standards, a complete lack of MTO oversight should not allow any company to turn a maintenance contract into a self perpetuating continual extra. FYI, extra's are unforeseen by contract necessary work, big bucks for construction companies.
