Today I met Bob on site during an inspection, where I was attending as the interior designer on behalf of my client. I was really impressed by Bob’s knowledge and thorough approach. It was clear throughout the inspection that he had the client’s best interests in mind. I would have no hesitation recommending Bob to any of my future clients.

I can totally recommend Fowler Building Inspections. I recently commissioned Bob to complete 3 pre-purchase building inspections prior to me settling on my now new home on the Central Coast. He is very knowledgeable, organised and reliable. He liaised with each respective real estate agent to gain access to and investigate the premises. I recently engaged Bob to carry out a Pre Purchase inspection of a property on the Central Coast. We have purchased a number of properties over the last few years and without doubt the report Bob submitted was the best I have ever received. Detailed and comprehensive. The photos with the report were also very good. Bob called me after the inspection to briefly explain the contents of the report and gave advice in relation to his findings. Highly recommended.
