I can totally recommend Fowler Building Inspections. I recently commissioned Bob to complete 3 pre-purchase building inspections prior to me settling on my now new home on the Central Coast. I recently engaged Bob to carry out a Pre Purchase inspection of a property on the Central Coast. We have purchased a number of properties over the last few years and without doubt the report Bob submitted was the best I have ever received. Detailed and comprehensive. The photos with the report were also very good. Bob called me after the inspection to briefly explain the contents of the report and gave advice in relation to his findings. Highly recommended.

Even though Bob delivered shocking news after inspection I realised that his thorough and professional approach to his work was unmeasureable and appreciate his time and effort to bring a report that could have turned worse if I had followed through with the purchase.
