I was having an issue with my 2025 GMC Acadia Denali Ultimate. If I changed the volume while in Apple CarPlay dictating a text, it would automatically change the volume to navigation volume and I could no longer adjust the audio volume. Afterwards you had to reset the infotainment center to resolve the issue. I spoke with the Service Manager, Mike, and duplicated the issue. He set patiently as I went through the steps.
