Elaine has always been helpful and professional. This is a small town and you can expect that hours are not the same as they might be in a metropolitan area, however, the service that you get far exceeds what you would get in a larger, less personal office.
It's taken over 3 weeks to get a title abstract and commitment from Fowler on a property that only my family has owned. Worth mentioning because Fowler used the excuse that they've been "searching public records". Trego County Records are online. I am under contract supposed to close in 3 days and I just received the abstract today. Spoke with Elaine and she said she just read the contract last Friday when the contract and Abstract order was sent and made over 3 weeks ago.
