Poor customer service! Ordered furniture in Apr 2020. Still not here. Won’t give out money back. Makes excuses. Get mad at us and act rude because we (the customer) fulfilled our part by making payment now we want our furniture. No involvement from the owners or upper management. Tried to buy local, never again. You’re terrible!!

Fowhand Furniture's staff are customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. They helped us set up a new beach house at Cape San Blas. They gave us excellent advice on colors, materials, styles, and decor to fit our coastal casual look. We love our living room and the four bedrooms from them. THERE IS A VALID REASON WHY A FAMILY BOX STORE BUSINESS IS THRIVING IN TODAY'S INTERNET CONSUMERISM. I RECENTLY MOVED TO PANAMA CITY FROM WEST PALM BEACH AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY NOR SELECTION OF FURNITURE IN OTHER LOCAL COMPETITORS STORES WALKED INTO FOWHAND'S AND IN A HALF HOUR PURCHASED EVERY ITEM THAT I WAS LOOKING TO BUY.
