Quick blood test, friendly staff
had only a 72 hour window to get seen for a condition, only figured out what it was in the last day(not a doctor) Called and receptionist wouldnt give me an appointment to be seen within time limit. Missed the treatment window due to this. Next day, too late, doctor confirmed my condition but said too late to give anything for it. Not the first time either...
The Doctors and nurses and reception staff are always amazing. They work so hard to help. 25 years been with them now. Big Thank you
Received a message to contact the surgery to make an appointment. Rang twice queuing twice for 7 minutes + got to number 2 then cut off both times. Ridiculous!
