AVOID THIS PLACE!! Bought a car from fow, paid 25k for it less than two months after the car has a major suspension fault, they told me to take it to a independent garage for a quote and diagnostic which I done, the car has been sat there for nearly a week now! Keep asking the mechanic to drag the car back in the garage to get readings then put it all back together and wait for the next question! Plenty cars to chose, busy on the weekeends, nice staff
Travel over 90 minutes to view a Volvo v60 for my stepfather aged 82, got there the lady behind the reception desk was fine but step farther needed to use the toilets the cleaner was cleaning them, she had a real bad attitude when we told her he needed to use them with my elderly stepfather she was shaking her head as if we should not be asking to use them, then we went to view the vehicle which was not even brought out as they was expecting us from making appointment, found it squeezed between other cars couldn't view it pr... read more
