Came in today to view a car. Got there told the lady at reception what car I wanted to see, she said give us 5 minutes and I will go and get the keys! I waited 5 minutes nothing then 30 minutes passed… nothing so I went back to reception saw a different women and she said you might be waiting a while if you want to go outside. So I walked out. I wasn’t the only one waiting. I feel quite let down as I was really looking forward to seeing and potentially buying this car today

Complete waste of time and won't accept external finance. I tried to buy a car but after spending over an hour of going through various financial bits, the salesman (Ethan) said that they wouldn't renew the MOT as it had 3 months and 12 days left on it and their policy was 3 months, he said he had checked this with the manager. We left, disappointed but I called head office to check this was right. They spoke to the manager at Trafford (Ross) who said they could do the MoT. Went to look at a car,on arrival car was filthy, split tyre, stone chips all over the bonnet, scuffs on bumpers. I had been told it was ready and prepared. Spoke to sales person (very young and inexperienced) who said they wouldn't sort the car and would only touch it up, if we gave them £250 deposit. Absolute disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs. Complete waste of a day having travelled 1.5hrs each way.

Would be 0 stars if possible. Terrible company to deal with. Wasted hours of my time. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.
