Wow absolutely terrible place to go to buy a car at the Trafford branch. First of all you are greated by a very rude staff member ( women). She greeted us like she did not want our custom. No hello apart from do you want automatic or manual only words used i said we are just looking for now her reply was a foul look at us. I went to purchase the Peugeot 308 PK16KHC. It was a lovely looking car and the test drive went smoothly. However, after a week of purchasing the car went dead. Battery fault, engine fault and electrical fault. Due to the warranty I was able to return and receive a refund which I am very grateful for. I recently booked a viewing at Ford of Winsford Trafford with the clear intention of test driving and potentially buying a vehicle. I was assured the car was ready and arranged the visit with a day’s notice. I travelled from Liverpool to Manchester specifically for this. When I arrived, the car was in a large car park with a completely flat battery. Even with a jumper pack, it wouldn’t start — making a test drive impossible. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Bought a car from fow, paid 25k for it less than two months after the car has a major suspension fault, they told me to take it to a independent garage for a quote and diagnostic which I done, the car has been sat there for nearly a week now! Keep asking the mechanic to drag the car back in the garage to get readings then put it all back together and wait for the next question!
