Chris is always on time, is a hard worker, is dependable, and the job is done right.
This is the 2nd time we have asked Chris to help us with jobs around the house. He checked the items and provided his knowledgeable opinion. One time, his opinion saved us money when he could have completed unneeded work and charged us. We are looking at another home to purchase and had a few things the inspector noticed. We needed an estimate of the cost of labor and materials before moving forward. Chris did excellent work installing our new mailbox and post!
Chris has done work at our home on several occasions. He first installed electricity and an outdoor ceiling fan to our pavilion. He has also installed two new refrigerators, a dishwasher and a kitchen sink for us and checked our septic system that was acting up. Recently he fixed an electrical problem we had in the downstairs bathroom. He has been prompt, dependable and has always done a great job.
Chris is very professional. He promptly returned my request for assistance and scheduled a visit to review the tasks. He sent a message when he was on his way with a photo of himself, which is a good safety feature. Upon arrival, he reviewed the tasks and provided honest feedback. One of the tasks was not doable, and he explained why. He used common sense to repair a couple of things that others might have made much more difficult and costly.
