We want to sell a mobile home in one of their parks. A gentleman was responding to our ad and had the money but was spoken to very rudely from a lady at the office and they are not going to approve him in the neighborhood. It's very, very low-income families. And he would fix up the mobile home and make it nicer, but not sure what their needs to approve are, but I'm not sure anybody in that neighborhood would qualify there because their grandfathered in.
