I have tried with managrment to get this guy in his car in thier parking garage out. This guy plays loud music and yells michael jackson many times looking up to our apts every day as well. The managers kerp sayinh call the police. But this guy even makes all this noise when on thier weekly office hours. Its a long rather thin very dark boy with short hair. Even our security in this apt. Complex caught his movements on the recording on the surveillance camera!
Its parking what is there to say. As.of 10/125 its 1.65 an hour
What kind of parking lot doesn't let you park from 6-10AM but still let you in. I had to pay the parking fine AND a parking ticket. Although I wonder if this might be more a stupid Ann Arbor bylaw thing than the lot.

Came here on a Saturday where the marquee outside said 32 spots open. Drove all the way up to the 6th floor without one non-handicapped parking spot available just to discover the roof level was closed. Got stuck for about 5 minutes with someone trying to get out of a compact only corner parking spot, that nearly led to them damaging their non-compact car, while other drivers a few cars behind us angrily honked not knowing what was going on.
