Melissa at the front desk never smiles or seems friendly, however when you get to the back everyone else is truely amazing I feel she should match the energy being her face is the first that you see when entering the building and sets the tone.
This place is more of a whitening and cosmetics office. Please be careful when agreeing to any serious work here (fillings, crowns, root canals, ect). Every procedure iv had done here has been rushed due to them having a high volume of patients and only one dentist. I am now having to have an entire crown redone after 4th ward dentistry failed to reduce the tooth properly. I had to pay $300 to an emergency dentist because the temporary cap immediately fell off. Everyone was kind and professional especially Melissa at the front desk.....
Caring hygienist who explained preventative measures and areas of focus, and a capable dentist, Dr. Kwak, who seemed to actually care about my child’s dental wellbeing and preventative (rather than reactive, invasive) treatments, prescribing something to strengthen teeth to prevent future cavities. My child also really appreciated the fact that nothing really hurt and that there was hardly any bleeding - such gentle care overall! Thank you!
