Not very fast services, no communication from them. Been waiting almost two weeks now! During the summer my AC went out 100 degree days waited over 3 weeks!
Washing machine broke down. Todd came out to look at it and ordered the parts. I called him a month later to ask what the status of the repair was and he never called me back. A month after that, I ordered the part myself and fixed it on my own. It took me 3 days to do what he didn't in 2 months

Quality work with excellent customer service!!
Todd is amazing. He is friendly, to the point and is reasonable in cost. We call him for all our problems in appliances. I recommend him to everyone !
