I toured 4th Street East one time over a month ago and have not stopped receiving calls and emails from them since. I specifically said I was not ready to move and just wanted to browse. I finally replied over email at one point to please take me off their contact list, but that's been seemingly unsuccessful. A word of warning to anyone interested in touring the building that you will be called multiple times a week every week for the rest of time if you step foot into this building.
Lovely pool and hot tub. Great barbeque area. Had a game of pool. It was a great day. And nobody cluttered up my nieces condo.
I recommend not moving here. It is too expensive and the customer service is terrible. You are not appreciated as a tenant at all. You are treated like a number. The number of your apartment and not who you are or what you contribute. The elevator was out of service for nearly 4 months. It was absolutely inconvenient. I will not renew my lease here.
