I’ve lived in this building for over five years, and it’s deeply upsetting that I’m now being forced to move, not because I want to, but because management refuses to act on a very serious and ongoing safety issue. For nearly two months, my partner and I (along with several neighbors) have reported aggressive behavior from two large dogs in ourbuilding, including an Akita, a breed explicitly banned in the lease agreement. Following up on unresolved issues: 1. **Cleanliness/Odors:** Empty plant pots + dog waste smells remain. Please add plants/clean regularly. 2. **Trash Chute Broken:** 5th-floor chute taped off—trash piles up. Repair immediately to avoid pests/health risks. 3. **Elevator Safety:** 5th-floor door knocks/fails to open (1 year+).
