Our designer from Fourth, Jackie, has made our home look and feel amazing! She has been incredibly easy and pleasant to work with every step of the way. We needed things to be kid friendly, but also aesthetically pleasing, and Jackie has nailed it with her selections. We are so grateful to her and Fourth for making our home exactly what we wanted! I went into the store back in 2021 and had great conversation with staff about a dining table I was interested in. We established the style I was looking for, so they were going to do some research to send me options within my budget. After a few weeks without hearing anything, I followed up over email to which they responded they were especially busy and that they would send me options soon. Totally understandable! While I understand the store was not responsible for a couch that was delivered in mid-November ripped due to a box cutter, I cannot understand why someone from the store has not reached out to me to apologize for the replacement couch being delayed. I understand the delivery being delayed but some customer service and an update or apology would be nice. It is late April at the time I am writing this and the couch was paid for prior to the November delivery. Seems like very poor customer service.
