Don't be deceived by the shiny and new look. Once you've moved in good luck getting anything fixed. Haven't had air conditioning or a functional washing machine since I moved in and they don't do anything about it, just some song and dance excuses and stalling tactics. They've only had occupancy for slightly over a year and the number of people moving out already is high. They're offering incentives for you to refer a friend. What a joke. And they have the nerve to serve you with rent increase notices. Find another place.
I recently toured this building and I loved everything about it, the leasing agents were super nice and helpful and answered all of my questions!
I’ve had a great experience living at 1475 Whites. The building is beautifully maintained, and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The suites are modern and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need including in-suite laundry and a private balcony.
