"Just give me a couple days" What I heard every time I called to get an update on my tax forms. I have not had any issues here until this year. I sent my forms on March 15. I didn't hear back for some time so I called many times a day to get an update. April comes around and still no update. I went in person on 4/11 to drop off the check and my forms were still not ready. I went again on 4/13. Do not go here to get your taxes done. Jason never returns phone calls and cheats on your taxes. He doesn't even put his name on as the preparer in case you get audited. Taxes are due in in a couple of days and he won't give me back my tax statements I gave him so I can go somewhere else. I left a voicemail this morning and the recording was Jason which said today's date and that they were open until 3pm. I called back an hour later and the voicemail changed to say they were closed. Wow...

Figured after paying $1750 to get my taxes done we would be expecting a check in the mail from taxes. Nope, found out 2 months later after calling multiple times that I needed to mail out my own returns.
