I had a great talk with Steven before all the work on my golf cart was done. When I received my golf cart back I was very impressed and it was so much better than I could imagine. They paid attention to detail and completed all the work above my expectations. I will be a lifetime customer because they have won my trust and they know what they are doing, very professional !
We live in Florence Oregon and bought our cart from Foursom in 2019. We've had no problems with the cart and have been pleased with the performance. I recently was having problems with charging new batteries I just put in. I called Steven in parts and service, sent him pictures of the batteries, he checked out pictures I sent, identified the problem (one battery was put in backwards making the hook-up incomplete). We're up and running again! Many thanks to Steven for his quick assessment and fix.
