Turned up on a Saturday 9:15am not public holiday weekend and wasn't open. When website says it is.. Frustrating
Staff were unhelpful and knew nothing about their own products... Stay clear
I rang around a few places wanting a lift kit fitted ASAP, I had been told at least a month by all, until I called fourplay 🤠 Pleased with their communication and willingness to get the job done ASAP. I'll be going to Vic high country for my next week off.. I'll test their suspension 🤠
The long-range tank was incorrectly installed, preventing me from filling it for almost two months. Ruined a trip away. They eventually fixed the issue. No compensation was offered. The UHF that was installed was not the product I had requested, or presented in the quote. They scheduled it in twice to correct this and didn't "get around to it" either of those times.
