She was patient while I talked through different ideas and allowed me to create a custom service for my mother. She answered endless questions and never judged how mundane they were. I have knee problems. I was quietly sitting on the front steps to rest my knees. I was told that no one is allowed to sit there. They weren't particularly pleasant about it, though they weren't as rude as they could have been either. I guess I just expected people in that business to be a bit more compassionate.
