Ron and Renee are very very good caring people to work with, when your loved one passes. They are so very caring and thoughtful. Renee sat with us downstairs and brought us through the obituary , the Holy cards, the dress my mother would wear , the church, the musician and choir, pawl bearers , and etcetera. My mother had pre-paid for her services over 20 years ago, you see she was 101 1/2 years old. On the day of the showing, my mother was beautiful, everything went so smooth. Renee, of Fournier & Fournier, is the most kind, patient and understanding. I went in to plan the services for my mother, not having any idea of what I wanted. She was patient while I talked through different ideas and allowed me to create a custom service for my mother. She answered endless questions and never judged how mundane they were. I have knee problems. I was quietly sitting on the front steps to rest my knees. I was told that no one is allowed to sit there. They weren't particularly pleasant about it, though they weren't as rude as they could have been either. I guess I just expected people in that business to be a bit more compassionate.
