I would like to thank Vinko and all the staff at Fourby's. I had my Electric tradesman canopy put on my Mitsubishi Triton, it looks amazing. A little issue occurred that was no fault of the installment of the canopy, but the staff there helped me without any complaints at all. The issue was with Mitsubishi loose fuse. I would like to thank you Vinko and your staff for your excellent work and the Canopy looks amazing and works even better. Thank you Fourby's.

I had a bullbar fitted by Fourbys 4WD to my 120 series petrol Prado for a total of 3.6k. There were several problems throughout the process: 1. The day of installation they were understaffed and said they might need to keep the car overnight. They ended up finishing work that day which turned out to be rushed. 2. After installing the bullbar, they left a flap of wheel guard loose in the wheel arch which then began catching on the wheel and flapping around in the wheel arch. I spent over $3,000 with Fourby’s for a wheel and tyre package on my car and while the workshop team did a good job, the customer service from the sales/front counter was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent. Helpful at the start with providing quotes, but their phone line was badly affected by weather or rail work (admittedly not their fault) so it was impossible to actually speak to them without physically going down there.
