Horrible customer service. One tree was way smaller than what was advertised and this is the customer service respond: "We apologize for the difference in sizes. Right now our meyer lemons are on the smaller side." The other tree died in less than two months and this is the customer service respond: "Unfortunately this does not fall under our replacement trees. We will replace any tree that has been damaged in transit as long as we are notified as soon as the tree is received. "
Ordered 3 trees & waited a month just for the order to be cancelled because of temperatures. I was told to resubmit the order. Now, the same 3 trees are not available or are out of stock. Going to reorder and see what happens when they are available.
I placed an order for 2 cara cara orange trees which the company cancelled, blaming the snow though in fairness to them, I ordered two chironja trees from them a couple of years ago- they have grown tall but have not started fruiting. That said, company's communication skills could be better
If I can give less stars I would, I ordered trees below and reported an issue to them last month, if it was not for their poor customer service and lack of interest in resolving issues I wont be leaving this feedback. They ask for pictures but pretend they never received them even though they are included in their replies, excuses to keep delaying the case. They were not interested in solving the issue until it was escalated to PayPal.
I purchased a citrus dwarf Meyer lemon about three months ago. It was growing, even had flowers on it,one week ago the leaves started to turn brown on the tips and about 20 leaves have fallen off. The flowers have also died . Is this normal after the tree has had flowers? Is the energy from the flowers going back into the leaves? I don't want to loose the tree. I have been careful watering and fertilizing it. Your help is greatly appreciated. Dianne lombardi
