Dr. Wind is an excellent practitioner. Inhis care, I have seen improvementin muscle tension, better quality of sleep, positive changes in mood and better stress response, and a generally less cranky body. An update: after 2 years away, I have been back to a schedule of regular adjustments with Dr Wind for 4 months now. My health improved more quickly this time around, almost like there is a type of "muscle memory" associated with network chiropractic. I am in less pain consistently, and I am sleeping better. My favorite improvements so far are my ability to pinpoint the source of any pain so that I can stretch it out/ice it/rest it, and also my ability to consciously relax muscles when I realize I am holding tension. After having severe hip pain for over 6 months, I decided I wanted to have regular chiropractic care again. Dr Wind is great, friendly, and style of care is unique but highly effective. I prefer this style of treatment after having back experiences with chiropractors being too aggressive. I now live pain free and feel I’ve made an 85% improvement just after 6 months of consistent care. Highly recommend!!
Years ago I wrote a five-star review for Dr. Marc and I'm back to offer another one. I have referred numerous people to Marc over the years, and now both of my adult children have experienced great success as well. Marc and his process of quickly locating the root cause of back pain and helping our bodies to heal themselves is amazing. Dr. Wind has been amazing in keeping my whole body tuned up. I have been coming to Four Winds Family Wellness Center, not sure exactly how many years, but Dr. Wind has been part of my recovery team from many of life's challenges from stress, grief, car accidents, and myocardial infarction. This gentle form of chiropractic has been very effective in keeping my life moving forward.
