DO NOT MOVE HERE! Basic things like heat and electricity are an extreme luxury here. Cars get stolen and broken into here monthly. Management is almost nonexistent here. Downed power lines for months. Pool is never open. Washer and dryers always broken. Moving literally anywhere else is your best bet!
No accountability on site. The management is very poor and takes them a very long time if you request anything from maintenance to parking. Parking is a problem, they don’t have “enough passes” so you are forced to park in tow zones or sketchy areas where your car may be broken into. (Mine did). They have storage areas, everyone is supposed to get a storage area, but we haven’t received one in 4 months of living here. I would advise a different living situation with better management.

I moved here things were good but got really weird, my neighbor use to live in the same apartment I moved into and had walked in my apartment without me knowing because she had a spare key and were always listening through the walls, Her and her daughter Julie and Emily were always gossiping to the other tenants but no one seem to even try to greet me or get to know me which I feel is disrespectful, I mean I should be able to cone home after a long day without having to deal with such nonsense,, were all trying to make a liv... read more
I moved here things were good but got really weird, my neighbor use to live in the same apartment I moved into and had walked in my apartment without me knowing because she had a spare key and were always listening through the walls, I had to live uncomfortable knowing that I was being watched and made my experience the worst, I ended up loosing everything and they thought it was funny. I would be careful if I was you.
