On Sunday, I called Manu to ask for a quote to replace two tires. The owner asked me to come on Wednesday, so I respected his time and waited three days instead of going somewhere else. On Tuesday, I even texted him to let him know I would be coming on Wednesday. When I called on Wednesday to ask what time I should come, he sounded irritated and told me to send the tire size, saying he would give me a quote first and then call me back.
