I have gotten my equipment serviced here multiple times over the past few years and have always had a great experience. Emily is great at what she does! Fast forward to last week, I purchased a Toro zero-turn here and my experience was just as great. The ladies at the counter were extremely pleasant and helpful and made the process super simple. Had a Good experience 1st time using my Toro Warranty. Bought Titan Max at Tractor Supply, had (2) belt breaks over minor things (a stick, then wet grass at less than 50 hrs). Frustrated, I called 4 Ways... something was obviously wrong. They had it picked up the next day & returned 2 days later (this being the height of mowing season). I guess something was amiss with Idler Pulley, so that was replaced & friction washers, they also threw a new belt on there. Only cost was for Transporting, as advertised.
