Seemed nice & helpful in the beginning and was really impressed with not only my history of insurance but the amount of policies I wanted. I guess by the end, they couldn't handle all the business I was suddenly giving them so they decided it was easier to do absolutely nothing for me. She acted very weird like there was a hidden personal reason she didn't want the business.
Left me hanging after giving me quotes. Once I agreed they just disappeared on me after giving me a lame excuse of why they had to wait to start the process.
I hate having to have insurance but I love having Four-Way because they make it easy. Been with them for years and Ashley is awesome, personable and attentive. Answered any questions that I've had about my policies.
