Won’t answer phone when you call, once you get them on the line they’ll lie and say going to call you back. Once you signed up they won’t talk to you. It’s as if they care less whether you stay with their company or not. Zero for me.
I called for quote and they seemed like they did not want my business so 1 star is to much
Seemed nice & helpful in the beginning and was really impressed with not only my history of insurance but the amount of policies I wanted. I guess by the end, they couldn't handle all the business I was suddenly giving them so they decided it was easier to do absolutely nothing for me. She acted very weird like there was a hidden personal reason she didn't want the business.
Left me hanging after giving me quotes. Once I agreed they just disappeared on me after giving me a lame excuse of why they had to wait to start the process.
