Left me hanging after giving me quotes. Once I agreed they just disappeared on me after giving me a lame excuse of why they had to wait to start the process.
I hate having to have insurance but I love having Four-Way because they make it easy. Been with them for years and Ashley is awesome, personable and attentive. Answered any questions that I've had about my policies.
Ashley Gomez is the best. I have been using her as my agent for the last 3 years and she has been knowledgeable and does her best to keep me informed about my policy. I would recommend her to anyone who asks. I have never had a problem when I unfortunately had to use my insurance. The process has been super smooth and issue free.
