The receptionist (sorry I can’t remember her name) and Dr. Lexie Baker were both very friendly and helpful. Dr. Baker did a hearing test and I’ve ordered some hearing aids that I will get in a couple weeks. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
Staff were friendly and helpful. But, I did receive a text from them at 11:50 PM, requesting that I submit an evaluation of services. That was quite upsetting to receive a text from them in the middle of the night! Thought it was a family member in need. I would hope they check and see when those texts are sent at the appropriate time of day.
