He sent another “estimate” today thinking it would solve the issue with paying $450 for an appraisal that’s not worth the paper it’s printed on. And this is after I got an estimate from NADA per his suggestion and paid another $56. Poor integrity, poor business practices. As the business owner I would have at least offered a refund.
