I like it but certain things are kind of expensive but it's good to have you in the town
Shamefully overpriced. Go to Harbor Freight in Pullman or Ace Hardware.
Service was done in a timely matter.. but when you tell your customer that it won’t be more than $250.00 and you go and pick up your vehicle and it cost your almost $700.00 just maybe you should give the customer a call..it’s just a suggestion
Unprofessional environment, not very welcoming, environment, subpar associates w little customer service training. Parking is great and there is a diverse cross section of tools, hardware, and work clothing; if you can stand the presence of the employees at this location (Colfax).... Conversely, their Pullman store is really good.
My name is Larry Had to go to Colfax from Tekoa for a dentist appointment for my wife found out my wife’s car had a headlight out stopped in there on a busy day and asked if there’s anyway they could squeeze me in to change the headlight.
