He charged me in advance to fix the pool pump however he never fix it and I lost my money. Never again!
I have to agree with Mark. They sometimes just don't show up. I complained about 1 guy so they sent a different guy. He was great - for 2 weeks, but now hasn't been here for 3 weeks straight. I need to find someone more reliable. Update; I used 4 star for a year and he says he doesn't know me. Part of the problem. I found another company that is reliable and shows up every week.
I've been using them for about a year now as my pool service and not happy at all with them. I'm finding a new service. Here's a list of issues I've had with them. -the bill always has "extra" charges. -they don't always show up. Tend to skip every other week. -my pool is currently green (for fothers day weekend) and they are claiming they were here two days ago lol! -they always (when they show up) damage the bistro lights above my pool with their poles. -their pool tech was fighting with someone on his phone and screaming ... read more
Found this store after our new pool net from lowes broke; ( great friendly service and great prices on QUALITY products! Wished we lived closer. ..appreciated the pool tips and help
Cecil is the best. I don't trust my pool to anyone else.
