Had an issue pop up, called 4 Star and they were at my house to fix it in under an hour. Great company. Will recommend.
The Conway office's service coordinator was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Installers, Bryson and James were very cordial and thorough. They ended up replacing my still "warrantied" water heater.
An annual service for my HVAC system was included no extra charge with the purchase of my new water heater. They came and spent about an hour looking at everything. They proposed a number of fixes, but there is no hard selling done at all. Very courteous and professional!
