I had my HVAC replaced July 23, there has been a constant problem with the ductwork not being sealed. They have came back out several times since then (last on 8-16-24) As of today the ductwork is holding water again. Other than this problem the system seems to be doing what it should. I spent a lot of money for this and it should not be happening. I plan to reach out to them Monday to see if they can work with me on this. I am still paying for the system being put in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR PLUMBERS MAKE COMMISSION OFF WHATEVER THEY SELL YOU. ITS CONSTANT UPCHARGES. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR A SERVICE CALL WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T MAKE THE REPAIR AND WAS CHARGED A MONTH LATER. I HAVE AN INVOICE THAT SAYS ZERO ON IT. THEIR EMAIL IS TRUST FOUR STAR.. WHAT A JOKE. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. THE PLUMBERS ARE IN IT FOR THEM AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.
