Will not use again!! this Company, first made an appointment to fix my appliance after 4pm. I gave them my cell phone number at asked them to call me at that number. Then called at 6pm to another number, but not the one I had provided, to say they were not coming but would call first thing in the morning to reschedule for the following afternoon. After not hearing from them the following morning, I called them at which time I was told they had tried numerous phone numbers and did not get anyone! They told me they could not c... read more
Don't try calling We had a serious plumbing problem. We felt that they did not want to get involved so they submitted an outrageous bid. Three times what we paid someone else reputable.

I went with another company. :-( I was not pleased with there service. They said that they would come and repair and underground gas leak and never came out and didn't return my call when I asked them about it. Donald makes the company sound good on the phone but there actions show that they are not dependable or reliable. I went with another company. :-(
charged me $245 These people charged me $245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another $150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for $81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates!
EXPENSIVE TOO EXPENSIVE $450 FOR ONLY STOP THE LEAK. Call to schedule appointment and no one show up. Have to follow up two times. technician finally show up and ask for $150 per hour and unable to tell how much time needed
