They are horrible! Listed my home with **** in ************ **. He did absolutely nothing...no contact unless it was to reduce price. He is the one who set original price and dropped it ****** within 6 months and still not sold. Contract ended this month and I heard nothing from him. He took my home off the market without even reaching out! To add...he guaranteed me he'd sell my home in less than 30 days. All lies!!!! Do not list with him!

Thier name should be Zero Star Homes because that is exactly the kind of service you get. Listed my home in Nov 2023 in time for the winter market. 2 days later my realtor was fired. I had bought and sold with her twice before and she was fantastic which is the only reason I listed with Zero Star.I requested that I be allowed to terminate my listing and the manager **** would not allow that. Honestly I was excited when I found this Company to list my house in the Keys. The Realtor passed me to another Agent local & after a fabulous dialogue I agree to list.He was very assuring & told me my listing would be up that day.5 days later I was angry that nobody was getting back to me At All. No Listing, no return calls and No sign.Now its 3 weeks later. If I can give negative stars I would.lets start with the management not allowing me to raise my price although my agent thought it was justified because the park forced me to do work that cost almost 3000$ more which is all I was raising it, back to the original price, without signing up for 6 months more, blackmail, extortion call it whatever you like now my listing isn't expired but there's no sign because all the independent contractor real estate agents guit, this place is a descrase and should be investigated by authori... read more

Here is my reasoning, for the bad review I'm going to write. I put a deposit down signed a contract for a fully furnished house and told what you see is what you get. However, when I got my appraisal pictures, half the house was missing. Contacted the buying agent who contacted the selling agent and she went back and rewrote the contract for the contents of what was in the house. These people are horrible to deal with. They will flat out lie to you, manipulate you into signing a listing agreement telling you that the buyer is fully approved when they're not.

I bought a house from the manager Parrish ***** (not Rosie **********) at the Vero Beach office. I was living out of state and he said and showed me pictures of a new roof and that house was clean. On 4-21-23, I moved into this lemon house. The roof was not new and FSH had some roofing company do a patch job. On or about, 4-30-23, when a terrible rain storm came rain was coming down in my kitchen light. Big Lakes did an estimate and Mr. ******* said he did the original roof 19 years ago. I listed my mobile home with agent of Four Star Homes named Mike *******. He bragged he never loses a sale. Couple offers came but low I had increased my asking price to match the market my place is beautiful fully furnished well worth extra. I loved my place had mixed feelings of selling but couldn't get out of the contract. He called me a liar 2 times demanding apology from me because I called him out on it.
