This experience has been FANTASTIC from start to finish. I loved going in and talking to Mandalyn (owner), she understood what my family needed in a cargo e-bike IMMEDIATELY. Awesome local shop. Had my cargo bike that I bought used serviced here and purchased a second as our family has grown. They have helped with some very specific issues and unique situations that I'm confident other shops would not spend time on. We are lucky to have such a great shop and team in our community!
The only place to go for a family bike. Four years ago I bought a Tern GSD cargo bike to adventure with my grandsons. From the start, Mandalyn at Offbeat Bikes steered me through the best choice, best accessories, best questions, best answers, best everything for what I wanted for me and the boys.
