Great shopping experience and a great family bike.
I had the absolute best experience with Offbeat Bikes and Mandalyn. After buying and self-assembling a Yuba cargo bike we had a lot of little problems and Offbeat took it in and fixed it all up. They were very reasonable with the pricing based on the needs of the bike and were just lovely and convenient to work with in general. Thanks a bunch!

This experience has been FANTASTIC from start to finish. I loved going in and talking to Mandalyn (owner), she understood what my family needed in a cargo e-bike IMMEDIATELY.
