If you need a cargo bike, this is the place to go if you are even remotely proximate to Chicago. The staff is incredible and prices are fair (some accessories/components are even below MSRP). Their customer service is the best in the city, not just in the LBS sphere, but for any customer facing business. I live closer to another bike shop that can technically service my Tern but I make the trip from Rogers Park to Logan Square because the service is well worth the trip. My most recent service had my bike feeling like the very first time I rode my Blue Boo II in July 2020!! 15,000+ miles later and they manage to make it feel brand new.
