Thank you Dr. Susie! Stick up for your Employees I love Four Springs Veterinary and all the staff and my animals are always treated great. But I recently was in the office on a Friday afternoon and was very disappointed. There was a woman who entered the office and was throwing a royal fit with the young lady that was working in the office that day. From what I heard the woman wanted something the young lady just could not give her. Treat your employees better I've been to Four Springs many times and I always enjoy seeing Patti behind the desk. Every time I'm there she manages to wait on customers, answer the phone, and help the vet. Susie really needs to make sure she keeps her around. I would love to have someone like Patti work for me. Even with her limp she manages to keep up. She knows each customer and always manages to make a home or make me smile no matter how cheesy. Sketchy Service I work in an animal hospital and have had multiple phone calls from clients of this clinic who's animals needed emergency surgery. They reported that Dr. Wicker would not operate because "it was not their surgery day" or "they had already done their surgeries." Not only is this unprofessional to clients that rely on her, she is not upholding her oath to do no harm to the animal.
NOT GOOD FOR SERIOUS PROBLEMS I have never used this veterinary clinic, however, I have called them several times with questions. First of all when my cat came down with chronic renal failure, I called and asked if they gave subQs (fluids under the skin for dehydration). The girl who answered the phone did not even know what subQs were and when I explained, she said their clients do not go to this much trouble to treat their pets.
