I bought a 3 pack of massages on Groupon. I called during business hours and got a voicemail. I left a message to schedule an appointment. She finally called me back 2 days later at 9:30 pm and said she was taking appointments about 3 weeks out. I looked on her website and it showed multiple openings per week. How do you run a business like that? Stay away !!!!!
Bought a3 pack, made an appointment which took forever for her to call back. She then rescheduled the appointment without asking me if I'm available during that time. I canceled such appointment online and she's now trying to charge me 40$ since I didn't come. If you can't handle the volume of clients don't offer these specials. Now I'm out all this money.
My whole experience with Tanya was Amazing!! Started with a good laugh (shelf situation-Tanya lol) followed by a 90 minute massage that was incredible!! Her space is warm and comfortable. Lemongrass aromatherapy and Tanya’s relaxing technique was exactly what I needed! I’m booking my next massage soon!
