It took nearly 4 months and many delays to get him out to remove the stump. To their credit, we had a big ice storm that year and he was busy so I worked with it. Once they removed the stump I noticed my lawn dying in spots a couple of weeks later. It turns out they broke my sprinkler line. I worked with Jason and his only solution was to quote, "Get some fittings, dig down, fix it and move on."
