Very helpful, informative, and saved money since they suggested if the pump was still losing water to take off the filter top and spray it out and oh man it was DISCUSTING IN THERE. OOPS. I even called Dan after hours when I saw the pump was losing water/ flow was going down and he was very helpful even telling me how much filter powder to put in going forward. If he would have done it would have probably cost more money since it took me about 30-45 mins to take off the bolts and spray it myself. Since the backwash only coun... read more
Dan was very kind and patient with us while we bombarded him with numerous pool maintenance questions. Not only did he tell us WHAT to do , he showed us HOW to do it!! I do not know of any other pool company out there that would do that! The Customer Service was AMAZING , which is unheard of these days! We would highly recommend this pool company.
Super nice, knowledgeable, guys. Answered all my questions, showed me how to take care of the pool. Highly recommend. Would give them more stars if I could.
Dan was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He called the day before to let me know when he was going to arrive then called back and let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He determined the problem with my Pentair Pool Heater right away and gave me options. Highly recommended.
They scheduled a service call 10 days from when I contacted them. A few days later, they called to confirm. On the scheduled day, they didn’t show, said I wasn’t on the schedule and offered to come by in a week. Terrible customer service.
