The salesman started and finished. He sold me the room. Then after it was completed he came by to check. Came by a second time after me were in it to see how we liked it.
We were very happy with this company. They were helpful, provided good communications, obviously knew their product and obviously "aim to please". We are loving our new sunroom and the way it let's the "outside in"! We are thankful that we went with the extra transom windows as they opened it up all the more. A quality product with a conscientous and helpful team!
Our sunroom cost $36000. I have replaced the flooring THREE times. Unfortunately I am elderly & partially disabled because the floor must be replaced AGAIN! Why? After repeated complaints and “fixes” the attachment to the house still leaks and has never been completely repaired. When I complained to the manager today his reply was “ call your lawyer, I don’t care”. I hope no one else is taken advantage by this outfit that preys on innocent elders who spent their entire careers helping others!!!!!
I did not purchase my sunroom. It was part of our house when we moved in. When I roofed my house I called Four Seasons of Bondville and they were very helpful in explaining what I should do to mesh the house roof with the Four Season's roof. I also just talked to Shaun about removing a window. He gave me a timeline and a price for removal of the window, but was also willing to explain how to do it myself if I would like to try.
