We had a screened in porch installed over our deck. We love the room, but the installation craftsmanship left a lot to be desired. Had to have the screens reinstalled, still fighting some minor roof leaks, several misaligned screw holes and a three year old could’ve done a better caulking job. But again, even with all the construction disappointments we still love the room.
